7-Day Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of successful delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.
  • Product must be returned in original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, accessories, and all delivered materials must be included.
  • Items must not have scratches, stains, perfume exposure, water damage, or physical damage.
  • Products without original packaging may not qualify for exchange.

Exchange Request Process

  • Contact Kokab Jewellers customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  • Wait for official exchange approval and return instructions.
  • Do NOT send products without prior approval.
  • Unauthorized returns may face delays or rejection.
  • Securely pack and ship the parcel to our designated return address.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels unless agreed in writing.
  • Customers should use trusted courier services with tracking.
  • Kokab Jewellers is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Inspection & Approval

Returned products are inspected within 1–3 business days after arrival.

  • If approved, customers may exchange for an item of equal value.
  • Customers may pay extra for higher-value items.
  • If selected replacement is unavailable, alternatives may be offered.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Used or worn products
  • Damaged products after delivery
  • Products returned after 7 days
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale, promotional, clearance, or limited-stock items
  • Customer-altered products
